These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of the TreasureTrak App,operated by TreasureTrak.
By accessing and using this app, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our app.
Acceptance of Terms
By using TreasureTrak, you signify your acceptance of these terms. Your continued use of the
app
following the posting of changes to these terms will be deemed your acceptance of those
changes.
TT Coins
TT Coins are the virtual currency used within TreasureTrak. They have no monetary value and
cannot be exchanged,
traded, or redeemed for real money.
TT Coins can be earned by participating in treasure hunts within the app and can be redeemed
for rewards such as
additional scanning charges and digital treasures.
The redemption options and value of TT Coins are determined at the sole discretion of
TreasureTrak and may be
subject to change without notice.
Advertising and Scanner Charges
Users can earn scanner charges, required for participating in treasure hunts, by watching
advertisements within the app.
The availability of scanner charges in exchange for ad-watching is subject to change and may
vary based on various factors including user location and ad availability.
Treasure Hunts and Location-Based Gameplay
TreasureTrak provides a virtual treasure hunting experience based on the user's geographical
location.
Participation in treasure hunts requires access to the user's location data, and users must
grant permission for location tracking to engage in gameplay.
Location Data and Fair Play
TreasureTrak’s functionality heavily relies on location data to provide a virtual treasure hunting experience. Users are required to provide accurate and truthful location information at all times.
Intentionally manipulating, falsifying, or spoofing your location data is strictly prohibited. Such actions are considered a violation of these terms and may lead to consequences including, but not limited to, temporary or permanent suspension of your account, forfeiture of accumulated TT Coins, and loss of claimed treasures.
TreasureTrak reserves the right to employ measures to detect and prevent fraudulent activities, including location spoofing. Users found to be engaging in such activities may have their app functionality modified or limited.
Modification of App Functionality
In response to fraudulent activities or misuse of the app, TreasureTrak reserves the right to modify, limit, or disable certain app functionalities for specific users without prior notice. This is to ensure fair play and the integrity of the app experience for all users.
Rewards and Redemption Process
Digital treasures, including airtime vouchers and gift cards, are subject to availability and
can be claimed by users as part of the gameplay.
Redemption of digital treasures and TT Coins is governed by specific rules and limitations set
forth within the app.
TreasureTrak reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the redemption process at any
time without notice.
Account Security and Responsibility
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login credentials. Sharing your TreasureTrak account credentials with others is strictly prohibited and may lead to similar consequences as location spoofing.
Any activities that occur under your account will be deemed to have been done by you. As such, sharing your account credentials can lead to incorrect or fraudulent activity being attributed to your account.
TreasureTrak reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are suspected of unauthorized sharing or other activities that compromise the integrity and security of the app.
No Gambling or Financial Services
TreasureTrak is a skill-based game and does not constitute gambling. Users do not wager money or
other valuables.
TreasureTrak is not a financial institution, and the virtual currency (TT Coins) used within the
app does not constitute a real or electronic currency.
User Conduct
Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the app.
Any form of cheating, exploitation, or unauthorized use of the app is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
TreasureTrak is provided "as is," and we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect,
incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
Data Privacy and Protection
Personal data collected through the app will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy
and relevant data protection laws.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South
